La Casita
La Casita has a comfortable queen bed with eurofoam topper and a comfortable futon couch which makes into a queen bed. The whole house is air conditioned. It is a small house and is most suitable for a couple or a couple with small children. It is really too small for two adult couples. The large covered patio of La Casita is very pretty with bouganvillea and hibiscus and other tropical flowering plants. There is a bbq grill and a chiminea fireplace on the patio. The patio is completely fenced so it is very good if you are bringing a pet. It has a clothes washer and wireless internet. The kitchen is completely equipped and the linens and towels are very high quality. Casa Rio
Casa Rio is a two bedroom two bath house right on the Mulege River. Both bathrooms are ensuite and beautifully tiled. The whole house is air conditioned. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with eurofoam toppers and additional single beds so Casa Rio comfortably sleeps six. We use very high quality linens and towels and include old towels to take to the beach. One bedroom is completely detached so two couples can still have plenty of privacy. Wireless internet is provided. The kitchen is completely equipped and the dining area has good river views. The large covered patio is equipped with a bbq grill and a chiminea fire place and is a very pleasant place to sit and watch the birds on the river. There is a clothes washer in the utility room. Casa Sarah has one bedroom with a queen bed with eurofoam topper and there is a futon couch in the living room which makes into a comfortable queen bed. There is a very large sleeping loft which is reached by a ladder which has two queen beds so Casa Sarah can comfortably sleep nine (but there is only one bathroom). The whole house is airconditioned and has gas heat. We use high quality linens and towels and furnish old towels to take to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a bbq grill and a chiminea on the patio. Wifi is free as well. It has covered parking and a clothes washer. Casa Bonita
Casa Bonita is a two bedroom, one bathroom house with three queen beds and two single beds. There is a small balcony with a charcoal grill with views. The linens and towels are premium quality and the guidebooks say our beds are the most comfortable in all of Baja. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare any kind of meal. Casa Flores is a three bedroom, three bathroom casa . Two small bedrooms with bathrooms are downstairs with the kitchen dining area. A very large bedroom with 3 queen beds and river and mountain views is upstairs. All the beds have comfortable eurofoam toppers. The wifi is fast and the whole house is air conditioned. The Oasis Rio Baja is primarily a retirement community of elderly people. We want you to have a good time but please do not make excessive noise particularly in the evenings.
