La Casita
La Casita has a comfortable queen bed with eurofoam topper and a comfortable futon couch which makes into a queen bed. The whole house is airconditioned.  It is a small house and is most suitable for a couple or a couple with small children. It is really too small for two adult couples. The large covered patio of  La Casita is very pretty with bouganvillea and hibiscus and other tropical flowering plants. There is a gas grill and a chiminea fireplace on the patio. The patio is completely fenced so it is very good if you are bringing a pet. It has clothes washer and wireless internet and you are welcome to use the computer in our house. The kitchen is completely equipped and the linens and towels are very high quality. The rate is $90 daily, $450 weekly or $1,350 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax..

Casa Rio
Casa Rio is a two bedroom two bath house right on the Mulege River. Both bathrooms are ensuite and beautifully tiled. The whole house is airconditioned.  Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a eurofoam topper. We use very high quality linens and towels and include old towels to take to the beach. One bedroom is completely detached so two couples can still have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is completely equipped including an icemaker and the dining area has good river views. The large covered patio is equipped with a gas grill and a chiminea fire place and is a very pleasant place to sit and watch the birds on the river. The rate is $125 daily, $650 weekly or $1,950 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax..

Chuparosas
Casa de las Cuparosas is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath house. The bathrooms are all ensuite and and feature beautiful talavera tile. It is a very large house and will sleep 11 comfortably. It is not right on the river but it has  good river views. There are two comfortable queen beds with  eurofoam toppers in one bedroom and a queen bed with topper and a full bed with topper in one bedroom and a queen bed with topper and a twin bed in the other bedroom.  All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have gas heat.  We use high quality linen and towels and we furnish old towels to take to the beach. The kitchen is completely equipped and very large with a 25 cubic foot refrigerator. The patio has a gas grill and a chiminea fireplace.  The rate is $160 daily, $850 weekly or $2,550 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax..

Casa de Baci is a one bedroom house with one tiled bath. It has a comfortable queen bed with a eurofoam topper in the bedroom and a futon couch which makes into a queen bed in the living room. The whole house is airconditioned. We use high quality linens and towels and furnish old towels to take to the beach. The kitchen is completely equipped and the patio has a gas grill. There is a huge covered parking area which will accommodate a large RV or boat. The rate is $90 daily, $450 weekly or $1,350 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax..

Casa de Sarah is a one bedroom house with a sleeping loft reached by a ladder.  The bedroom and the loft both have comfortable queen beds with eurofoam toppers.  The living room has a futon couch which makes into a comfortable queen bed.  The whole house is air conditioned and there is gas heat in the bedroom.  We furnish high quality linen and towels as well as old towels to take to the beach.  The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a gas grill on the patio.  The rate is $105 daily, $525 weekly or $1,575 monthly plus the 10 % IVA tax.

Casa de Gavin
Casa de Gavin is a one bedroom house with a comfortable queen bed with a eurofoam topper and a twin bed in the bedroom and there is a euton couch in the living room which makes into a comfortable queen bed.  The bedroom is airconditioned and has gas heat.  We furnish high quality linen and towels as well as old towels to take to the beach.  The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a gas grill on the patio.  The rate is $100 daily, $500 weekly or $1,500 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax.

Casa de Margarita
Margarita is our smallest casita, about like a very small studio apartment.  It is freshly remodelled and very cute.  It has the same quality of funishings as all our houses but it does not have a gas grill, chiminea. or washing machine but you are welcome to use the washing machine at my house.  Pets are not allowed in Margaritaville, please select one of the other casitas if you are bringing your pet. It has a large palm thatched palapa with a picnic table which is a perfect place to enjoy a margarita.  Wifi works here if you have a newer laptop but you may have to sit outside to pick up the signal.  The house is completely airconditioned and has gas heat.  The rate is $75 daily, $350 weekly, or $1, 050 monthly plus the 10% IVA tax..
